DELIVERY

Once we receive your order we will be hitting the button to get your own happyDNA printed and packed.  As soon as this is complete we will get your items sent out to you via Royal Mail First Class.

For the whole process we say to allow 5-7 working days from when you’ve ordered until you receive your items. Delivery costs are £3.49.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason we’re here to help. 

Items can be returned if we are notified within 28 days from the day on which you receive your order – if you want to return or exchange the item you have another 14 days to send them back.  The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive your order.

For a return to be accepted the items must have no visible sign of wear or use.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To initiate a return please complete the following steps

  • Contact us by email at admin@sochsoch.co.uk to inform us that you need to make a return and state the reason why.
  • Await confirmation of return request.
  • To return your item post in a secure manner to:

  • Once your return item has been received a confirmation email will be sent informing you that the returned item has been received and there are no visible signs of wear or use.
  • We will then process the refund from our end within 24 hours, there will then be a further processing time that may vary by the bank or payment method used.
  • If an exchange is required, then a new order will be placed and the usual print and delivery period will apply.
